五年前，隐居乡下。
上海青浦，东方绿舟边上，租了个农家大院。
灶台边一站，就是五年。
现在回来，手上多了锅铲的茧子，脑子里多了烟火的气息。
我不是传统大公司。
是我一个人的一个公司。
一个全栈品牌设计服务者。

我不需要PPT，我的案例就是PPT。
我不需要提案会，我的网站就是工具，更可以在线提案。

From printing factory to design agency,
from Qiaqia to Wanda, from Taiwan Toly to Evonik Group.
Five years ago, I retreated to the countryside.
On the outskirts of Shanghai, near Oriental Land in Qingpu,
I rented a farmstead.
Stood by the stove for five years.
Now I’m back.
Calluses from the wok handle on my hands,
the scent of fire and smoke in my mind.
I’m not a traditional big agency.
I’m a company of one person.
A full-stack brand design service provider.

A Company of One
Might be more efficient than a company of many.
A group makes PowerPoints. A group has meetings.
A group aligns internally. A group waits for leadership approval.
I don’t need PowerPoints. My portfolio is my PowerPoint.
I don’t need pitch meetings. My website is my tool — and I can pitch online.
I don’t need to explain. My designs speak for themselves.
A company of one — or maybe it’s not a “small company” at all.
Or maybe it’s a more efficient species.
I open my website, flip through my cases. The client walks in.
A group is still in the conference room, waiting for the projector to warm up.
I’m alone.
But I’m not fighting alone.
