根据处罚内容，信网获悉，青岛中金渝能置业有限公司青岛威斯汀酒店已取得《食品经营许可证》，处正常营业状态。涉案两种粽子礼盒内的八种粽子为该公司委托青岛福冈工贸有限公司生产的，双方签有《委托加工协议》。
截止案发当日，食药监工作人员调查发现，青岛中金渝能置业有限公司青岛威斯汀酒店购进“端阳韵礼盒”2454盒、“如意颂礼盒”100盒;礼品券销售了“端阳韵礼盒”1121盒、“如意颂礼盒”75盒;实际出货“端阳韵礼盒”956盒(其中285盒客户消费购买，671盒免费赠送)、“如意颂礼盒”14盒。剩余的“端阳韵礼盒”1498盒、“如意颂礼盒”86盒被青岛市市南区食品药品监督管理局依法查封扣押，青岛威斯汀酒店积极整改采取了补救措施。
7月17日，针对该公司上述行为，市南区食品药品监督管理局依法对其处以没收违法所得16734.56元并罚款的行政处罚。
9月4日下午，信网联系到了位于青岛市市南区香港中路8号的青岛中金渝能置业有限公司青岛威斯汀酒店公关部门的工作人员，对方表示自己了解此事，但是没有权限作出回应。

Introduction: Qingdao Westin Hotel, operated by Qingdao Zhongjin Yuneng Real Estate Co., Ltd., was fined by the Qingdao City District Food and Drug Administration for violating the “General Rules for Pre-packaged Food Labeling” of the Food Safety National Standards.
1. Background
According to the penalty information, Qingdao Zhongjin Yuneng Real Estate Co., Ltd. Qingdao Westin Hotel has obtained a Food Operation License and is in normal business operation. The two types of zongzi (sticky rice dumpling) gift boxes involved in the case contained eight zongzi products produced by the company’s entrusted Qingdao Fugong Industrial and Trade Co., Ltd., with both parties signing an Entrusted Processing Agreement.
2. Investigation Results
As of the date of the incident, food and drug administration investigators found that Qingdao Zhongjin Yuneng Real Estate Co., Ltd. Qingdao Westin Hotel purchased 2,454 boxes of “Duanyang Yun Gift Box,” 100 boxes of “Ruyi Song Gift Box”; sold 1,121 boxes of “Duanyang Yun Gift Box” and 75 boxes of “Ruyi Song Gift Box” as gift vouchers; actually shipped 956 boxes of “Duanyang Yun Gift Box” (of which 285 boxes were purchased by customers, 671 boxes were free gifts) and 14 boxes of “Ruyi Song Gift Box.” The remaining 1,498 boxes of “Duanyang Yun Gift Box” and 86 boxes of “Ruyi Song Gift Box” were legally sealed and confiscated by the Qingdao City District Food and Drug Administration. Qingdao Westin Hotel actively rectified and took remedial measures.
3. Penalty Decision
On July 17, the City District Food and Drug Administration imposed administrative penalties on the company for the above-mentioned behavior, confiscating illegal gains of 16,734.56 yuan and imposing a fine.
